Our objective is to perform
recruitment processes as a part of the broader management context. This is the result of needs analysis, effectiveness and efficiency expectations as well as development and investment plans.
Recruitment means not only finding a new employee but also their
adaptation, induction and development, often happening in a changing environment of the employer’s company. This complexity requires support of
professional advisors. Our company meets these requirements, often assisting Human Resources department.
We offer
external recruitment services, i.e searching for candidates outside the company as well as
internally, which covers audit, assessment and creating development paths for currently employed staff.
External recruitment may be done via direct search, especially in case of specialist positions, shortlisitng of candidates applying for internet and press advertisements or candidates registered in own database. Ultimately, recruitment process ends in presenting shortlisted candidates meeting formal and personal requirements to the employer, together with the recommendation of employment. Psychological analysis allows accurate selection of candidates and, as a result, projecting their development, needs, motivation and management methods, helping in selection and adaptation of a new employee.
