Assessment of competencies is and integral part of polices aiming at motivating, training and developing both employees and the company.

Assessment enables identifying team leaders, people with specialist skills resulting in new opportunities to invest in their development. Assessment often provides information on organizational culture, company mission and vision but also signals threats, problems and conflicts recommending preventive measures and solutions. All in all, it provides both feedback on individuals and general conclusions, depending on the objective and applied tools. We assess qualifications, specialist skills, personal traits, attitude, motivations, needs, attitude, engagement and identification with company’s objectives. Assessment can be done for employees on different positions and levels, and may be extended to so called 360 degree feedback. We use psychological and social relations evaluation, questionnaires, appraisal forms and more complex systems and assessment centres, customizing tools to meet individual client’s needs.
